I work in Admissions and coordinate afterschool activities for Elementary School. I was heavily involved in the planning and implementation of the OpenApply admissions software at our school in the winter of 2018/19 and also used the re-enrollment feature for the 2019-20 school year. We are constantly working to improve our use of OpenApply and also improving the integration of OpenApply with PowerSchool. I would like to focus on improving our re-enrollment processes and find some tips and suggestions on how to move away from a reliance on paper files within our different school divisions.
