What are the character attributes and skills that make a student a good fit for your school?  Students and parents apply to schools for various reasons.  However, gone are the days when parents should only look at school rankings or results and admissions simply look to put bums in chairs and collect tuition. Schools and families need to look at what makes a student a good fit for their school teaching style, ethos and values.  What are the academic and personal expectations on new students and how can we set students up to succeed by profiling students and their needs?
This sessions will workshop what is important to your school and ways to build a profile of students at the time of application. By better knowing students before they arrive to the school, schools can be prepared to help them achieve their potential.
